The terms that apply when you enquire about, book or travel on a WowTrip Holiday itinerary.
By enquiring about or booking a trip with WowTrip Holiday, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you confirm a booking. If anything is unclear, ask us before you pay — we would rather explain now than disappoint you later.
Where you book on behalf of other travellers, you confirm you have their authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
Prices shown on this website are indicative "starting from" figures per person, based on shared accommodation and the lowest applicable season. They are not a confirmed booking price.
A booking is confirmed only when we have received the agreed deposit and issued a written confirmation. Until then, no reservation is held and availability is not guaranteed.
We will try to accommodate changes to dates, hotels or itineraries. Any change is subject to availability, and you will be responsible for any additional cost or supplier penalty, plus any revision fee notified to you. Changes requested close to departure may not be possible.
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the policies of the suppliers involved. The specific charges that apply to your booking are set out in your quotation. In general:
Full details, including how to request a refund, are on our Refund Policy page.
Occasionally we must change or cancel arrangements because of circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer, at your choice, a comparable alternative, a credit, or a refund of amounts we recover from suppliers. We are not liable for costs you incur independently, such as flights or visas booked separately.
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, road closures, landslides, strikes, civil unrest and flight cancellations or delays by airlines.
You are responsible for:
Cost arising from missing documents or failure to meet entry requirements is your responsibility.
We expect all travellers to respect local laws, customs, religious sites and fellow guests. Hotels may impose their own rules on check-in, visitor policy, alcohol and quiet hours. Damage caused to hotel property, vehicles or equipment may be charged directly to you by the supplier.
We act as an organiser and, where applicable, as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators and other suppliers. Those suppliers provide their services under their own terms and standards. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected arrangements.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, trip cancellation, baggage and adventure activities. Certain activities — trekking at high altitude, rafting, skiing, river crossings and similar — carry inherent risk, and you take part in them at your own risk. Where an activity requires medical fitness or has age limits, you are responsible for meeting them.
If something goes wrong during your trip, please tell your travel manager immediately so we have a fair chance to fix it while you are still travelling. If a problem remains unresolved, write to info@wowtripholiday.com within 30 days of returning home and we will investigate.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where WowTrip Holiday is registered.
